About Us
About Us
Richard W Lehmann
President CAIDA Inc.
We draw our SMEs from businesses, universities and from members of the Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA)and the Western Returned Scholars Association Entrepreneur Alliance (WRSAEA).

On a specific topic basis we can provide public speakers and presenters to state and local economic development groups, universities, association, professional organizations and corporations.

CAIDA retaines bilingual Liaison Offices Managers in China with high levels of English skills to assist our clients when they visit China.

In an effort to better understand China's business and governing culture and serve our clients better I amassed a substantial amount of information related to China;s basic history and its more common cultural traditions and holiday celebrations.

My extensive interaction with China's business and political leaders and its common people has provided an opportunity to witness and understand via first hand observation China's rise to its current prominence in the world.

I recognized early on that China's socioeconomic development was built on relationships (Guanxi) rather than on the more straightforward western style transaction format. While being comfortable for westerners the transaction format can prove to be quite uncomforatable and unsettling for Chinese business people.

To sum up. We are tasked, with attempting to mitigate any misunderstandings before they have time to erupt into conflict
