I am semi-retired and currently hold the position of President CAIDA Inc. China-America International Development Alliance, Managing Director CAIDA Inc. Beijing and Shanghai Liaison Office, Senior Advisor to the President of the Western Returned Scholars Association Entrepreneurs Alliance,
After receiving my discharge from the United States Air-Force I served as an aerospace electronics and avionics systems installation engineer, for Kearfot Navigation Systems, a commercial pilot, corporate executive, international marketing manager and an administrative executive supervising the purchase and sale of new, used and overhauled aircraft parts. I have served as a purchasing and sales consultant to two major Aircraft parts companies Associated Products of America in New York City and The Memphis Group in Memphis Tennessee.
In addition to my purchasing and sales consulting efforts I founded and was president of two aviation companies, Avpar Trader and Avparts Inc. Avpar Trader listed aircraft parts for sale in a newspaper format and it was distributed to over 1,000 aircraft repair stations and parts distribution companies nationwide. Avpar Inc. engaged in the acquisition, storage and sale of new, overhauled and used aircraft parts for both commercial and general aviation.. Avparts was liquidated in 1989 and I moved to Florida. For a decade from 1990 to 2000 I served as senior advisor and consultant to the Chairman of ESCO Services and SkyFreight Airlines in Miami Florida. During this same decade I founded, edited and published an Internet newsletter "The China Business Executive News Brief". This was a daily briefing paper that presented news concerning economic developments and opportunities available in the PRC during the mid to late 1990’s.
In 2004 I founded CAIDA Inc. for the purpose of developing and expanding business and economic relations between corporations and professionals in the United States and the Peoples Republic of China.
